  It's okay. Had a few times with slightly undercooked meals. Very clean and service from waiters and waitresses was great

  Visited Swiss Chalet recently with my family and was EXTREMELY disappointed with our service. The food and environment was exceptional however, our server Amanda was far from qualified to work in said position. She was very unpleasant. She was very untimely and impolite. Our impression was that she hates her job and everyone around her. She spoke rudely to other staff members and acted as though we were inconveniencing her by being there. Our glasses stood empty for majority of the evening and our plates were never cleared. I used to enjoy this restaurant, and I would hate to let one individual person change my overall opinion of the establishment but after this experience I will drive the extra half an hour to the next town without hesitation.
