  Love the food but was turned off by your staff members in Orillia store. Not happy. They rudely told us "can't get cups unless you buy pop k" & food was all thrown in a bag.

  whenever you order they are out of Mash potatoes or over charge you for your drink with the combo, I was excited when popeys opened up here in Orillia but sadly You staff needs better training, send them to barrie they may really learn, My order number was 253 at 8:46pm Thursday March 30, was take out your staff couldnt even put it in a take out box, was all over the bag, At KFC they give you a take out box.

  The worst customer service ever seen. There is a lady I dnt know her name but guys please make sure she dnt attend u whenever u go there to buy ur stuff. She tends to make u feel like she is doing a big favour on ur when she serves u. And plus the attitude problem from the staff is worst. It's better to be at KFC rather then this store where the customer service is pathetic
